New Job Postings Website

With the rollout of the new job postings website, Associates can view current open positions in the company at any time.  If Associates are interested in and qualified for an open position, they can contact their supervisor or Human Resources for more information.

To view the NCS and FNM open positions, go to www.ncs-coatings.com.  Click on the ‘Careers’ link on the left side of the homepage and then click on the link for ‘Current Job Listings’ on the next page. You should then see the list of current openings.

DayForce Has Gone Mobile

You can now access your DayForce account on either your iPhone or Android SmartPhone.  You can view your status, change your password or view paychecks through either an iOS app or Android app.

             To  download the iPhone app - go to your iTunes App Store, search "Dayforce" and install the app.

        To configure the iPhone application for its first use:

 

     1.     Tap the Dayforce HCM icon to launch the application on your mobile device.

 

     2.      The application automatically displays the Settings screen:

 

    3.     Type the Company ID in which is TCI

  4.     Tap the Save button.

 

Complete the agreement and log in with the same Dayforce user name (associate ID) and password you use on-line.  And you're in.

 

The Android app can be downloaded through the Android Market website, at http://market.android.com

2013 W-2 Update



Human Resources and Payroll have received several calls from associates asking when the 2013 W-2's will be mailed to their homes. Since this is the first year we have been utilizing the DayForce payroll software, Payroll is auditing the W-2's to ensure all of the boxes are accurate for tax reporting purposes. 

Unfortunately this is taking some additional time, but it is more important to be accurate than quick in this case. Payroll will have the W-2's mailed out the week of January 27th prior to the January 31, 2014 mailing deadline requirement.

One of the features of DayForce is the ability to view and print your W-2 at any time from the DayForce website.  This feature will be activated after the W-2's are mailed to your home and after Payroll has had the opportunity to verify that the system is populating the information correctly on the website.  We will notify associates once this feature is available.
