BENEFITS OPEN ENROLLMENT UPDATE

 
The dates for the 2014 Benefits Open Enrollment have been moved to Monday, November 11 through Friday, November 22, 2013. Be on the lookout for an open enrollment packet that will be mailed to your home address. You should receive this packet during the first week of November.
 
The packet will include step-by-step instructions for completing the enrollment on-line in our Ceridian DayForce system as well as other pertinent information about our benefits for the coming year.

Cigna is pleased to announce that our customers may be able to receive the seasonal flu vaccine, as well as other select vaccines, at several retail pharmacy locations. These vaccines can be administered at the following pharmacies and will be billed through the Cigna Medical benefit. Your medical benefit will determine if there is a cost to you or if these
vaccines are available for no cost. Please present your Cigna medical ID card to the pharmacy.
 
Contact one of the pharmacies listed below to verify that your vaccine is covered and available at that location. No appointments are necessary.

Welcome Pro Finishes Plus

 
We'd like to welcome the Pro Finishes Plus (PFP) associates to the NCS family.  On October 4th, PFP merged with NCS adding 120 associates to the company. 

 Mattos Paints was started in 1928 and, over the years, the company expanded by opening branch stores in strategic locations that now cover the entire Washington, D.C. Metro area along with significant portions of Maryland and Virginia. The company expanded into Pennsylvania with the acquisition of Pittsburgh Pro Finishes in 1993.  In March of 2010, Mattos Pro Finishes merged with Superior Auto Paints which operated several stores in Maryland and Virginia and became Pro Finishes Plus.

PFP currently operates 14 stores in the Mid-Atlantic three state area.

Exciting News About Your 401(k) Plan



We are pleased to announce that effective November 1, 2013, the company match for the 401(k) plan is increasing from a payroll match of 50% of the first 4% of eligible wages you contribute to the plan to a match of 50% of the first 6% of eligible wages you contribute to the plan. You will first see this increase in your paycheck on November 15, 2013.

As a reminder, employee contributions to the plan are always 100% vested. All matching company contributions to your 401(k) account are 100% vested after 3 years of employment. Your contribution rate may be changed at any time by contacting Merrill Lynch at 1-800-229-9040. You may also visit their website at http://www.benefits.ml.com/.

2014 Benefits Open Enrollment News



As mentioned in a previous post, our 2014 Benefits Open Enrollment will be held November 4-15, 2013. This is the time of year when full-time associates have the opportunity to elect their benefit options for the following calendar year.

We are pleased to announce that we will be enrolling in our benefits this year on-line through DayForce, our HR/Payroll management system. This is the same system that you use to access your earnings statements and to make personal information changes.

Be sure that you know your ID and password to log into the DayForce system so you will be ready to enroll on-line when the time comes. If you need assistance with obtaining your ID and/or having your password reset, please contact Human Resources.

PLEASE NOTE: All full-time associates are required to complete the 2014 benefits online enrollment process even if they are waiving all benefits.
