New Associate Kudos Feature




We are pleased to announce a new feature on the NCS Blog. When an Associate goes above and beyond to provide a needed service or information to you, you may send the details to Kathy Hardy at kathy.hardy@fnmllc.com in order for the person to be recognized in a future blog post.
 
Today is our first 'Associate Kudo' which was submitted by Mary Hack, Store Manager in Urbana, IL. On Monday of this week, Mary needed something from the Nashville warehouse overnighted to a customer, but the customer did not call the request in until the very last minute.  Mary called Melissa Shelby in the warehouse, and Melissa 'made it happen'.  Mary commented: 'To me that is a big deal!'
 
Kudos go out to Melissa for this excellent example of customer service. Thanks also to Mary for the kudos idea for the blog.
