It's Benefits Open Enrollment Time!

Don't forget to enroll in your benefits for 2015. Open enrollment for all full-time Associates goes through Monday, November 10th. Contact Human Resources if you have any questions about this process.

2015 Benefits Open Enrollment

 

The 2015 Benefits Open Enrollment will be held from Monday, October 27th through Monday, November 10th. All eligible full-time Associates will receive a benefits open enrollment packet at their home address within the next couple of weeks. Be on the lookout for this packet so you don't miss your opportunity to enroll in benefits for 2015!

Time to Get Your Flu Shot!

 

 

 

Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) covers flu shots for employees and their dependents who are participating in one of the Company health insurance plans. Shots are covered by the plan when you or your dependents go to your primary care physician (PCP) or to a CVS 'Minute Clinic'.

 

The PCP appointment will need to be billed as a preventive visit; and the CVS needs to be a 'Minute Clinic' pharmacy. We are unable to get flu shots at Walgreens or any other pharmacies this year since they are not set up to bill medical visits to BCBS.

Brian King Jr is the proud father of a beautiful baby girl, Brooke Harmony King, who was born on June 13^th. Brian is a Delivery Representative in Kansas City, MO. Please join us in congratulating Brian and his family on their new addition!

New Associate Kudos Feature

We are pleased to announce a new feature on the NCS Blog. When an Associate goes above and beyond to provide a needed service or information to you, you may send the details to Kathy Hardy at kathy.hardy@fnmllc.com in order for the person to be recognized in a future blog post.

 

Today is our first 'Associate Kudo' which was submitted by Mary Hack, Store Manager in Urbana, IL. On Monday of this week, Mary needed something from the Nashville warehouse overnighted to a customer, but the customer did not call the request in until the very last minute.  Mary called Melissa Shelby in the warehouse, and Melissa 'made it happen'.  Mary commented: 'To me that is a big deal!'

 

Kudos go out to Melissa for this excellent example of customer service. Thanks also to Mary for the kudos idea for the blog.
