New Associate Kudos Feature

We are pleased to announce a new feature on the NCS Blog. When an Associate goes above and beyond to provide a needed service or information to you, you may send the details to Kathy Hardy at kathy.hardy@fnmllc.com in order for the person to be recognized in a future blog post.

 

Today is our first 'Associate Kudo' which was submitted by Mary Hack, Store Manager in Urbana, IL. On Monday of this week, Mary needed something from the Nashville warehouse overnighted to a customer, but the customer did not call the request in until the very last minute.  Mary called Melissa Shelby in the warehouse, and Melissa 'made it happen'.  Mary commented: 'To me that is a big deal!'

 

Kudos go out to Melissa for this excellent example of customer service. Thanks also to Mary for the kudos idea for the blog.

New Job Postings Website

With the rollout of the new job postings website, Associates can view current open positions in the company at any time.  If Associates are interested in and qualified for an open position, they can contact their supervisor or Human Resources for more information.

To view the NCS and FNM open positions, go to www.ncs-coatings.com.  Click on the ‘Careers’ link on the left side of the homepage and then click on the link for ‘Current Job Listings’ on the next page. You should then see the list of current openings.

DayForce Has Gone Mobile

You can now access your DayForce account on either your iPhone or Android SmartPhone.  You can view your status, change your password or view paychecks through either an iOS app or Android app.

             To  download the iPhone app - go to your iTunes App Store, search "Dayforce" and install the app.

        To configure the iPhone application for its first use:

 

     1.     Tap the Dayforce HCM icon to launch the application on your mobile device.

 

     2.      The application automatically displays the Settings screen:

 

    3.     Type the Company ID in which is TCI

  4.     Tap the Save button.

 

Complete the agreement and log in with the same Dayforce user name (associate ID) and password you use on-line.  And you're in.

 

The Android app can be downloaded through the Android Market website, at http://market.android.com
